Simple Process: Our staging service begins with a flat fee covering the first 30 days. Should you require more time, the service transitions to a reduced monthly rental rate until you're ready for us to de-stage.

Initial 30-Day Staging Fee: * Includes complete delivery

* Complete design by a professional interior decorator
* Your first 30 days of rental.

Month-to-Month Renewal: If a pickup request is not created by the 30th day, the staging automatically renews on Day 31. We will charge the credit card on file assuming the home has not sold yet and the furniture needs to remain.

*Note: Rental fees are pro-rated if a pickup is requested in the middle of a renewal month.

1. Payment Terms

The entire initial staging fee shown above must be paid in full prior to scheduling. Once we receive and confirm your successful payment, our team will call you directly to set up your staging day.

2. Services & Inventory

Shore Thing Staging agreements cover furniture and decor for high-impact areas. All items remain the sole property of the Stager.

3. Property Condition & Access

The property must be clean and contractor-free 24 hours prior to staging. A $250 "Dry Run" fee applies if the property is not ready.
